Order Cancellation
Orders for fresh fruits or fruit pulp can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the processing starts, cancellation is not possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
Refund Policy
If the product is damaged, spoiled, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof. After verification, we’ll initiate a refund or replacement.
Eligibility for Refund
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Valid proof of issue (photo/video) is required.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene and food safety concerns, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Opened packages
- Items not stored properly after delivery
- Custom bulk orders
